A very very long novel! 7000 pages! It's about 2 women warrior sisters who fall in love with the same man. Epic romance tale. Fujian province's greatest achievement.

Hi, I am a Water Margin fan from Hong Kong. Water Margin is really the best Chinese novel. To my knowledge, there are at least eight different sequels to this novel and three different adaptations of this novel! This phenomenon is unique in the world's literature history.

I know jin yong very well as the most popular chinese author of wuxia novels and chinese novels in general. 'the condor trilogy', the 'deer and the couldron', and 'semigods semidevils' are his most popular wuxia novels for regular chinese people. jin yong was inspired to write his own wuxia novels after reading the very first wuxia novel in chinese literature, 'the water margins'.
